Refund Policy

At Suit-City, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

How to Request a Return

Return Eligibility

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
